Shipping & Returns.
Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery or 30 days if bought via google (according to your tracking number). If 10(30) days have passed since your merchandise was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused with the tag attached, free of damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. Once your return passes our inspection, you will receive a refund or exchange as requested.
To begin the return process, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will reach out to you with in 48 hours. Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- If you’d like an exchange, please include which merchandise you’d like to receive
NOTE: You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping in addition to (and) a return fee (which will basically be the initial shipping fee, this may vary depending on location). As a small business we cannot afford to pay for shipping if the product doesn’t make the sale, if you keep the product – shipping will be on us.
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of this Shipping and Returns Policy at any time and without notice to you.
